Legal Defense
The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to reveal Personal Data upon request of public authorities.

Recruitment Campaigns
Yellowknife & Partners aims to process personal information lawfully and transparently. Data voluntarily provided with the CV attached to emails will be collected and processed in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – (“Privacy Code”).

Voluntary, explicit, and unsolicited emails sent to addresses on this site for submitting CVs or requesting contact result in the acquisition of the sender’s address and any additional Personal Data provided. Such data is collected solely for active recruitment campaigns and/or will be retained and processed by automated and manual means only as long as necessary and no longer than three years. After that, voluntarily provided data will be deleted.
The legal basis for such processing is the execution of the requested service, and sending a CV represents the User’s consent to such processing.

Users submitting their CVs via the site or email are advised to carefully read this policy. Processing will only occur knowingly and deliberately.
Yellowknife & Partners specifically informs Users that sensitive or “special” data (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health data, sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data) can only be lawfully processed with the data subject's explicit consent. Since this is often difficult to obtain, Users are requested not to include such data in their CVs unless strictly necessary. Consent to potential international data transfers will be requested during the interview.
